We provide integrated and advanced solutions for banking services through VSAT technology, enabling reliable connectivity for ATMs across multiple satellite networks using different platforms. This technology ensures continuous communication between ATMs and the bank’s headquarters, enhancing operational efficiency.

Skyband 11 support centers covering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will enhance the ATMs network availability by providing the FLM service, through monitoring system for all the VSAT & 4G routers, where constantly check the ATM 4G connected network for slow or failing components to notify the bank’s network administrator (via email, SMS or other alarms) in case of any outage or any other trouble at the site.

SKYBAND Service Delivery system has the following main groups. All of the below groups serve one purpose to maintain various customers Service Level Agreement and to monitor and improve the customers network availability.
Skyband has 11 support or regional offices at: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Buraydah, Tabuk, Madinah, Makkah, AlHassa, Hail, Jazan and Abha. which provide Kingdom wide support coverage with a specific Mean Time To Response as per its SLA.
For smooth implementation, the Program Management Team (PMGT) plays a vital role in directing, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating with the various entities such as Network Operations, Logistics, Installation teams, and the Customer. Program Management is a single point of contact between customers and other functional departments as Our Program Management team consists of PMP-certified professionals.
The broad responsibilities of the PMGT include the following:
Program Manager is a single point of contact for the client for services.
The field support team is responsible for activities that are required for pre and post-installation, like site survey, installation and support calls, originating from Skyband support centers in the Kingdom. Field support engineers are very well-trained and have the required skills to troubleshoot and replace any faulty component at any site within the time frame. The NOC coordinates field activities to ensure delivery per the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Skyband has a large number of highly qualified field support team with big presence across KSA. Skyband utilizes its large on-ground technical teams based across our regional offices which will enable fast response time to Field Support calls and in return will increase our response time to serve our customers .
The state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) in Riyadh is manned 24X7X365 by highly qualified service VSAT and satellites engineers.
The responsibilities of the Network Operations Center are as follows:
